I am a licensed school psychologist in both South Carolina and Georgia, with over a decade of experience supporting students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral development. I earned my Master’s and Specialist degrees in School Psychology from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of educational settings with children from diverse backgrounds. My expertise includes conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, implementing counseling interventions, and promoting the overall well-being of students. My goal is to ensure that every child and family I work with feels supported, understood, and empowered. I strive to equip them with the tools and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges and thrive both in and out of the classroom. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching true crime documentaries, traveling, and trying new foods.

Mungera Cash

School Psychologist II/Licensed Psychoeducational Specialist/Board Certified Behavior Analyst

I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University in 2002. After graduation, I worked in the field of social work for over two years at a nonprofit agency, where I developed a strong foundation in serving diverse communities and supporting individuals in need. Driven by a desire to expand my impact, I enrolled in graduate school and relocated to Statesboro, Georgia in 2006 to attend Georgia Southern University. While pursuing my Education Specialist degree in School Psychology, I worked for five years with special needs students facing behavioral challenges—a role that deeply shaped my commitment to supporting students' growth and success. In 2010, I earned my Ed.S. in School Psychology and, the following year joined the Department of Special Programs for Aiken County Public Schools in Aiken, South Carolina, where I continue to serve as a full-time School Psychologist. Over the years, I have grown to value the investigative and collaborative nature of psychological assessment and intervention. I find great fulfillment in working with students, educators, and families to address both academic and behavioral concerns. My passion for understanding human behavior led me to pursue additional training in behavior analysis. I later became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), further enhancing my ability to support students, teachers, and parents through evidence-based behavioral health strategies. This certification has enriched my practice and strengthened my commitment to creating positive, meaningful change in the lives of the students I serve.

Chanda Hardiman

School Psychologist/Educational Researcher/Child Advocate

I am a dedicated school psychologist currently working in Augusta, Georgia. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Albany State University, as well as both a Master of Education and a Specialist degree in School Psychology from Georgia Southern University. I am also pursuing my doctoral degree in Curriculum Studies with an emphasis in School Psychology. With over twenty years of experience working with children from elementary through high school, I am deeply committed to helping students thrive. I conduct psychoeducational evaluations in public, private, and homeschool settings, assisting families, educators, and stakeholders in understanding each child's abilities and developmental needs. In addition to evaluations, I offer individual and small-group counseling, focusing on social-emotional learning (SEL) and social skills training to improve students’ educational experiences. I hold certifications in crisis prevention and intervention, mindset de-escalation strategies, and trauma-informed mental health practices. My holistic approach emphasizes connecting families with resources and interventions to help every child reach their full potential. I am currently involved in advanced educational research on culturally sustainable practices and their impact on student learning outcomes. I believe all children can learn, but learning must be intentional, inclusive, and culturally relevant. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exploring nature, dancing, exercising, and trying new foods. I am a passionate community advocate, volunteering with local organizations and church activities. I also cherish spending quality time with my family.
