Cognitive Assessment: $400
Achievement Assessment (Reading, Writing and/or Math): $400
Achievement (Full): $500
Preschool Achievement: $150
Developmental (Preschool) Rating Scale: $120
Behavior Rating Scales (ADHD, Anxiety, Depression,etc): $120
Adaptive Behavior Rating Scale: $120
ADOS-2 Administration: $1100
Parent, Teacher, and/or Student Interview: $170
Autism Spectrum Disorder Rating Scales: $175
Full Written Psychological Report: $75/hour
Non-Evaluation Related Fees
Special Education Eligibility Meeting Attendance (virtual): $100/hour
Special Education Manifestation Meeting Determination Meeting Attendance: $125/hour
Consultation: $35/15 minutes
In-Service w/School (Professional Development): $1500
Mileage: 0.725/mile
No Show Fee: $75/occurrence
